Does NOT calculate Months Properly

I loved this tool until I found a major problem with the way the tool calculates months:
11/14/16 - 11/24/20
1472 days
4.032877 years
48.39452 months

Plug these dates into the calculator and 49.06667 months are calculated!!! (This is because the tool is using 30 days/month calculation INSTEAD of the true 30.41667 days/mo over 12 months).

I would give this tool 5 stars if there was not this algorithm issue. In my nature of work I need exact durations so sadly I cannot use it.
